Refund or Replacement for Damaged/Defective Items:
Please be aware that all sales are considered final. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives broken or defective, please contact Returns@MixingSpirits.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing the following information:
1. Order number.
2. Clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
3. Specify whether you prefer a refund or reshipment.
Our dedicated team will review your case promptly and process your request accordingly.
Undeliverable Orders:
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, Mixing Spirits will send an email to the provided contact, requesting an alternative address. Once we receive the new address, we will reship your order once at no extra charge to the second address.
For in-stock items:
– If, after 30 days, no new address is provided, the order will be refunded.
For custom items:
– The items will be held for one year.
– If, after one year, no new address has been received, the order will be disposed of with no refund given.
